Cam Loucks, CEO

Cam is the Chief Executive Officer of The Pharmacy Design Group. Cam started his career in pharmacy design, working for FoxMeyer Health Mart and McKesson before branching off and starting his own company. With over 37 years of experience in the industry, he is a pro at what he does! He has a passion for design and his favorite part about his job is finding creative solutions for his clients’ needs. Cam loves that each project is something special and unique to fit the needs and desires of each of his clients. His creative skills don’t stop with designing pharmacies but pour into every facet of his life, including cooking and woodworking! When Cam isn’t working, you can find him cooking a gourmet meal for his wife, four children, and four grandchildren or mastering a new hobby! On long weekends, Cam loves to go fishing and hunting with his family and friends.  

Jared Loucks, COO

Jared is the Chief Operating Officer of The Pharmacy Design Group. Jared started helping his father, Cam, install pharmacies 18 years ago. It was then, Jared grew a passion for pharmacy design. He now has 7 years of experience in pharmacy design. Jared’s favorite part about his career is that he gets to help people create a positive change in their work environment and their business. He loves building relationships with his clients and turning their dreams into reality! Jared also enjoys traveling for work because he gets to experience new places and people, and when he is home he never takes it for granted. Outside of work, Jared loves to spend time with his wife and their two daughters. During his free time, you can find Jared shredding the trails, mountain biking! His favorite place to mountain bike is the Colorado Trail. 

Tracey Ferguson, Designer

Tracey is a designer for The Pharmacy Design Group. He has 22 years of store layout and design experience. Before that he spent 7 years working in the wholesale drug sales industry. Tracey enjoys meeting and working with people who may or may not have a vision of what is possible for their project. He enjoys coming up with ideas that make sense for their specific store and situation. Tracey’s favorite thing about his job is creating layouts to improve workflow, technology utilization, and customer retention. All while creating a pleasant, efficient, and informative customer shopping experience. On the weekends, you can find Tracey golfing, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends. Tracey has been happily married for 35 years, and he thanks God every day for the gifts he has given him!
